Norwood Police Department (NPD) would like to recognize one of our own for being the ultimate “Good Guy.”  Officer Austin Glaser was the recipient of the 13th Annual Chris “Kibby” Curran Good Guy Award as part of the Friends of St. Nick event. 

This award honors a person in the community of Norwood who best exemplifies the good nature of the late Chris “Kibby” Curran. It was often said of Chris that if you spent any time with him, you felt better for the rest of the day. The same can be said for Officer Glaser with his always upbeat attitude, energetic personality, and infectious sense of humor.
