Each month, learn a little something of what Mustang Sally has been up to around Norwood!

In April, Sally helped two separate Norwood students who showed up at school with their parents with a lot of anxiety and did not want to go into the school building. Adults deal with the Sunday scaries at times, dreading to come into work on Monday, and so did both of these individual kids after a long school break.

Fortunately, these students love Sally!  They got to pet and hug her and just have a special moment, which calmed down their anxiety. Each student then got the honor of Sally escorting them into school. Both students stayed till the end of the school and had a great day. Not one word was needed, just a fluffy friend named Sally!
