My name is Patrick McDonough, and I am a Lieutenant on the Norwood Fire Department. My family runs a $1,000 scholarship in memory of my Aunt Faye, who was on the Norwood Fire Department for 24 years. Firefighter Faye was the SAFE Educator for the Norwood Fire Department for years and loved her time in Norwood public schools! The scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior from Norwood High School attending a two or four-year college or university. The only other stipulation is that you must go into a public service career (teaching, FD, PD, medicine).
