Get those costumes ready, including the four-legged ones! After a successful debut last fall, the Norwood Recreation Department's Howl O'Ween Dog Parade is returning for a second year, bringing costumed canines, treats, and plenty of four-legged Halloween fun back to downtown Norwood.

The event gives local dogs a chance to show off their Halloween best while their owners enjoy an afternoon on the Town Common and throughout the downtown area.
