Registry of Deeds Hosts 2026 Holiday Food Drive

The Norfolk County Registry of Deeds is helping spread holiday cheer again this year while lending a hand to families in need this season.

The Registry will be hosting its Annual Holiday Food Drive, Thursday, November 12, through Thursday, December 17. The goal? To collect nonperishable food and personal care items to help fight hunger in the Norfolk County communities.

Donations of canned goods, pasta, rice, cereal, peanut butter, jelly, oatmeal, dry or canned beans, cooking oil/olive oil, and other pantry staples are welcome. The Registry is also collecting diapers, baby wipes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and other personal care essentials.

In the 2025 drive, the registry collected over 100 pounds of food thanks to the generosity of the local community.

Donations can be dropped off at the collection table in the main lobby of the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds, located at 649 High St.,  in Dedham.

All donated food items must have ingredient labels and current expiration dates.

The holiday season is a wonderful time to give back, and even a small donation can make a mean a meaningful difference for a neighbor in need. Help make the holidays a little brighter for local families!
